Director of Enterprise Systems Test

What you'll do

• Lead the Hardware Test Enterprise Support organization by balancing resources, schedules, and priorities across Anduril's product divisions.
• Translate diverse product-specific validation needs into standardized, scalable test processes and workflows for multiple business units.
• Develop strategic vision and infrastructure roadmap for test facilities, environmental labs, and automated data systems to enable rapid scaling of product divisions.
• Implement new testing facilities and onboard newly acquired teams to Anduril’s shared testing ecosystem through comprehensive RFP processes.
• Partner with hardware vendors and third-party test labs to standardize data acquisition tools across the entire company.

What we're looking for

• 15+ years experience in hardware testing and system validation.
• Proven leadership in centralized multi-client support structures.
• Deep technical expertise in structural/environmental testing and regulatory standards.
• Experience architecting test operations for trans-national corporations.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex requirements into testing solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with executive leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and scale engineering managers.
