What you'll do

Define and drive the enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap to align with business objectives.
Architect scalable, secure systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments using Microsoft 365 and Azure.
Establish engineering standards for automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery in multi-cloud settings.
Build AI-assisted workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance IaC development and incident response.
Design and deploy AI agent pipelines for operational tasks such as Jira workflow automation and runbook generation.
Lead incident response and conduct learning reviews to drive systemic improvements in infrastructure reliability.

What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of enterprise infrastructure engineering experience, including principal or staff engineer roles
Expertise in Microsoft Cloud technologies: M365, Intune, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure infrastructure
Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, SQL Server, and VMware vSphere
Proven experience with IaC tooling like Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell automation at scale
Experience in designing disaster recovery and high-availability architectures using tools such as Rubrik
Strong background in building AI-assisted engineering workflows and agentic automation frameworks
Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across teams
