What you'll do

Own and continuously improve LogicGate’s IT infrastructure, including endpoint management and SaaS stack integrations.
Design and implement advanced automation to streamline RBAC frameworks and automated user provisioning.
Execute high-impact corporate IT operations projects end-to-end, such as MDM policy deployment and SaaS license consolidation.
Manage secure authentication architectures and audit SaaS access control policies in partnership with InfoSec.
Evaluate and implement AI-powered productivity solutions while maintaining security and governance standards.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or engineering.
Proven expertise in Okta and Jamf MDM fleet management at scale.
Strong skills in automation using Python, Bash, and Okta Workflows.
Experience with cloud network security platforms like Zscaler ZIA.
Active interest or hands-on experience with AI productivity tools.
