Director, Medical Affairs, Health Impact Data & Analytics

What you'll do

• Define and lead the global Medical Affairs Health Impact (MHI) Data & Analytics strategy, operating model, and capability roadmap.
• Serve as the primary liaison between MHI and enterprise data leaders to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• Manage the global data management strategy across internal and external sources, including architecture and ecosystem evolution.
• Establish data governance frameworks for definitions, metadata, access, quality, and consistency across all platforms.
• Lead strategic relationships with third-party data and analytics vendors, including selection and performance management.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and engagement measurement roadmaps in partnership with omnichannel and field excellence teams.
• Ensure data integrity and availability to support core priorities like segmentation and rapid insight generation.
• Oversee operational workflows and governance processes to ensure compliant and efficient access to data assets.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in the Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or other Healthcare related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and data strategy.
• Extensive hands-on experience and fluency in coding SQL.
• Understanding of cross-digital channel and analytics space including digital media, search, social media, and data management platforms.
• Experience with current methods of Analytics/Machine Learning.
• Experience on cross-functional teams and initiatives.
