What you'll do

  • Develop and manage integrated Medical Affairs analytics frameworks and performance models across international markets.
  • Transform complex medical, scientific, and operational data into actionable strategic insights for senior leadership.
  • Create executive dashboards and KPIs to monitor Medical Affairs impact and identify capability gaps.
  • Lead external benchmarking initiatives to assess organizational maturity and identify best practices in the industry.
  • Translate analytics into improved MSL engagement models and evidence-based field medical strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of AI-enabled analytics, machine learning, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage a team of Associate Directors while providing coaching and guidance on high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance across all global analytics ecosystems.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Public Health required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH) is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, strategic planning, market research, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including leading teams or complex matrix work.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, or life sciences environments required.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in KPI design, performance analytics, benchmarking, and advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Experience in international environments, preferably with experience living and working across international markets, Europe, and intercontinental markets (preferred).
