Develop and manage integrated Medical Affairs analytics frameworks and performance models across international markets.

Lead external benchmarking initiatives to assess organizational maturity and identify best practices in the industry.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Public Health required.
Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH) is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, strategic planning, market research, business intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including leading teams or complex matrix work.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting, or life sciences environments required.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Expertise in KPI design, performance analytics, benchmarking, and advanced analytics methodologies.
Experience in international environments, preferably with experience living and working across international markets, Europe, and intercontinental markets (preferred).
