What you'll do

  • Hire, develop, and retain a team of integrated marketers across business units.
  • Define and manage the Integrated Marketing operating model for capacity allocation.
  • Lead full-funnel campaign architecture for Snapdragon Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches.
  • Manage brand sponsorship relationships and co-marketing partnerships in the ecosystem.
  • Represent Snapdragon IM at flagship industry events and own event strategy.
  • Define success metrics for all IM-led programs, from impressions to pipeline contribution.
  • Provide quarterly performance reviews to senior stakeholders on marketing effectiveness.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years of integrated or brand marketing experience, including people leadership.
  • Own full-funnel marketing programs across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Strong fluency in campaign architecture from strategy to activation and measurement.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities with finite team resources at scale.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with product marketing teams.
