What you'll do

  • Define and lead the multi-year product roadmap for digital marketing.
  • Manage the product backlog and lead dedicated Scrum teams to ensure high-velocity delivery.
  • Map and optimize the full customer lifecycle from paid/organic channels to on-demand web experiences.
  • Lead development of "always-on" digital experiences like webinars and virtual events.
  • Implement sophisticated activation triggers using first-party data for real-time personalization.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of product management experience in digital marketing or high-growth B2B/B2C environments.
  • Expertise in Agile Management frameworks and Scrum mastery, including JIRA/Azure DevOps proficiency.
  • Deep understanding of modern MarTech stack tools such as CMS, MAP (Marketo/Adobe), CDP, and analytics.
  • Proven track record managing high-traffic web products with on-demand experience platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate complex marketing requirements into technical user stories for engineering teams.
  • Proficient in understanding the customer journey from brand awareness to demand generation through events.
  • Adaptability to stay ahead of technological advancements and AI tools.
