As a Director, Full-stack Engineer within the Global Payment Network Technology organization, you will lead multiple teams of product-focused software engineers to build the resilient, ultra-low-latency backbone of global commerce. What you'll do

Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product-focused software engineers.
Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team.
Shape long-term technical strategy, architecture standards, and platform roadmaps for enterprise systems.
Oversee the technical implementation of breaking monolithic applications into microservice architectures.
Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments.
Partner with senior leaders to align product roadmaps with scalable technology capabilities.
Drive talent strategy, including succession planning, skill development, and equitable opportunity.
Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of all technical solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 5 years of people management experience.
At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience coding in Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala (preferred).
8+ years of experience with database management systems (preferred).
8+ years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies (preferred).
