What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in defense or enterprise networking sales with at least 5 years closing deals with European government and military customers.
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing complex deals with European Ministries of Defence (MoDs), NATO bodies, or coalition partners.
  • Deep understanding of European defence procurement cycles, budgeting processes, and sovereign security frameworks.
  • Ability to quickly master technical concepts like mesh networking, edge compute, C2, cloud architecture, and brief senior military leaders effectively.
  • Experience building and managing a regional channel including resellers, system integrators, and prime partnerships in the defense sector.
  • Strong command of capture management methodologies and cross-cultural communication skills for effective negotiation and partnership.
