What you'll do

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Connected Warfare across Europe and the Middle East.
Execute go-to-market strategies to secure long-term programs of record from Allied nations.
Map regional defense requirements and demonstrate how Anduril integrates with existing sovereign systems.
Build and manage a regional channel including strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators.
Coordinate with internal engineering, program, and finance teams to unblock execution and shape opportunities.
Meet financial performance targets and develop multi-year growth plans for the region.
Translate regional mission profiles and technical requirements into the company's product roadmap.
Present technical and operational value to senior military officials and procurement officers.

What we're looking for

10+ years in defense, dual-use, or enterprise networking sales experience.
At least 5 years of experience closing business with European government and military customers.
Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing complex deals with European MoDs, NATO bodies, or coalition partners.
Deep familiarity with European defense procurement cycles, budgeting, and sovereign security frameworks.
Ability to master technical concepts like mesh networking, edge compute, C2, and cloud architecture.
Experience building and managing a regional channel of resellers, system integrators, and prime partners.
Proficiency in capture management or an equivalent enterprise sales pursuit methodology.
Right to work in the EU and eligibility to obtain/maintain EU or NATO-level security clearances.
