What you'll do

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the Developer Platform to standardize the SDLC across hundreds of engineers.
  • Own the end-to-end developer experience by reducing friction in builds, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Modernize CI/CD platforms and drive GitOps and progressive delivery strategies like canary and blue/green deployments.
  • Establish scalable infrastructure and strategies for unit and integration testing.
  • Lead the adoption of GenAI and agentic tooling for coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for developer productivity and platform health to guide investment decisions.
  • Recruit, grow, and mentor a high-performing organization of managers and senior engineers.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years in software engineering with experience leading platform engineering or developer infrastructure teams.
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers in large technical organizations.
  • Proven track record setting platform strategy for organizations with hundreds of engineers.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and developer experience practices.
  • Experience leading large-scale engineering transformations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
  • Export controls.
