What we're looking for
6+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting production CI/CD environments.
Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions and at least one other enterprise CI/CD platform like GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Buildkite, or Jenkins.
Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps solutions (ArgoCD or Flux), Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or Pulumi), and cloud-native deployment practices.
Experience implementing observability solutions including OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, metrics collection, logging, and performance measurement.
Experience supporting AI-enabled applications, LLM workflows, AI development tooling, or agent-based systems in enterprise environments.
Experience developing automation solutions and engineering tooling using Python and API integrations.
Consulting, advisory, or client-facing experience supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
