What you'll do

Lead a team of NLP, speech, and computer vision specialists in developing generative AI solutions.
Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications and internal business tools.
Build machine learning models through all phases of development including design, training, evaluation, and validation.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models into scalable, resilient production systems serving millions of customers.
Utilize a broad technology stack including PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and VectorDBs to analyze large datasets.
Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals for stakeholders and product managers.
Contribute original research to major NLP and AI/ML conferences.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 9 years of experience performing data analytics.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 7 years of experience performing data analytics.
A PhD in a quantitative field plus 4 years of experience performing data analytics.
At least 4 years of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
At least 4 years of experience working with machine learning.
At least 4 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with tools such as PyTorch, AWS, Hugging Face, LangChain, and VectorDBs.
