Director Data Analytics Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable data platforms, semantic models, and Power BI applications.
• Develop and manage end-to-end data engineering pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern data frameworks.
• Build data-driven applications and analytics experiences within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
• Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG workflows with governed enterprise data and analytics.
• Establish engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, observability, and data quality for production systems.
• Define the long-term technical roadmap for the organization's data, analytics, and AI strategy.
• Mentor and develop a team of analytics engineers, BI engineers, and data scientists.
• Own KPIs and provide data-driven insights to demonstrate measurable business ROI.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
• 3+ years of people management and/or informal team leadership experience (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data-intensive Azure environments using Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Databricks, and Power BI (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting, professional services, or technical advisory roles (preferred).
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, semantic modeling, and performance optimization (preferred).
• Experience designing and delivering AI and Generative AI solutions grounded in enterprise data (preferred).
• Knowledge of data architecture, modeling, and modern lakehouse/warehouse architectures with SQL and Python proficiency (preferred).
