The specialist acts as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security stakeholders, leading strategic discussions on security transformation and risk posture. Key responsibilities include developing scalable offerings for network security, cloud security, identity, data protection, and security operations. The role requires expertise in technologies including SIEM, SOAR, XDR, SASE, CNAPP, and Zero Trust. Candidates must leverage platforms like Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Wiz, and SailPoint to build joint pipelines and deliver outcome-based propositions for large enterprise transformations.

What you'll do

  • Drive cybersecurity revenue growth and pipeline generation across various industries and accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle including qualification, solutioning, proposal development, and closure.
  • Translate client business challenges into technology-led security solutions and outcome-based propositions.
  • Engage with CISOs and security stakeholders to lead strategic discussions on security transformation and risk posture.
  • Develop and execute integrated cybersecurity offerings across network, cloud, identity, and data security.
  • Design innovative commercial structures including outcome-based pricing and risk-sharing models.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity platform providers to build joint pipelines and go-to-market strategies.
  • Train and enable internal sales teams on the cybersecurity portfolio and partner ecosystems.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in cybersecurity solutions, service sales, program management, or solution-centric presales.
  • Strong experience across leading cybersecurity platforms such as Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, Wiz, SailPoint, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience in security consulting, professional services, and managed security services.
  • Strong background in SIEM/XDR/SOAR, network security, SASE, cloud security (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP), endpoint security, and identity and access management.
  • Experience building client-facing proposals, pricing models, and commercial constructs.
  • Demonstrated success engaging C-level stakeholders in large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong cybersecurity architecture and domain expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA (preferred).
  • Experience managing large, complex multi-platform cybersecurity transformations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust, SASE, CNAPP, Identity Governance, and AI-driven security operations (preferred).
  • Partner certifications across one or more leading cybersecurity platforms (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, or related field (preferred).
