Director, Customer Solutions Architecture

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to analyze customer cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Design and document scalable implementation plans for multi-cloud environments using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Facilitate strategy workshops to align C-suite executives and technical practitioners on business value and architectural fit.
• Guide customers on securing cloud migrations to platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Advise on data privacy strategies to prevent PII leakage within Generative AI and LLM pipelines.
• Manage technical relationships with System Integrators to ensure proper training and alignment with architectural standards.
• Execute and manage hands-on technical Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solutions against specific use cases.
• Educate customers on tokenization best practices and map product capabilities to their specific compliance requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting for enterprise software.
• At least 4 years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• At least 3 years of experience with data security technologies like tokenization, encryption, key management, or IAM.
• At least 4 years of experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology (preferred).
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud migration patterns, the modern data stack, and AI/LLM data privacy challenges (preferred).
• Experience architecting for regulated industries and leading workshops for C-level executives (preferred).
