What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
At least 7 years of people management experience.
At least 9 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
12+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and data architecture (preferred).
12+ years of experience in web technologies, distributed HPC/ML systems, and professional coding in languages like Go, Java, or Python (preferred).
7+ years of experience mentoring senior engineers and driving professional development within technical teams (preferred).
Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools to solve systemic development challenges (preferred).
