  • Own core KPIs such as CAC efficiency, ROAS, LTV/CAC, incrementality, and retention contribution to drive sustainable business outcomes.
  • Partner with MarTech, Data Science, Product, and Engineering to advance AI and automation in performance marketing strategies.
  • Champion innovation by identifying new platforms, channels, bidding strategies, and audience tactics for incremental growth.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with expertise in managing large-scale budgets.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, managing managers and scaling multi-disciplinary teams of 15+ members.
  • Proven success in optimizing for efficiency, incrementality, and long-term value across major digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to partner deeply with data and finance functions.
  • Experience building or scaling in-house media operations capabilities using technology and automation.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational depth, including channel performance analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional partnership skills for influencing executives.
