The Director, Center for Delivery Excellence joins the Corporate Overhead division within the information security line of business. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide project and portfolio governance to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives across multiple technology and business portfolios. The individual will manage project delivery performance, establish reporting frameworks, oversee Steering Committee processes, and provide leadership to Delivery Managers and Project Managers. Key responsibilities include monitoring portfolio health, resource capacity, financial performance, and risk management while facilitating executive-level decision-making regarding investments and priorities. The role requires expertise in project management methodologies, advanced analytical and financial reporting capabilities, and proficiency with Project Portfolio Management tools. The position addresses the challenge of aligning complex technology, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives with organizational objectives through standardized governance and consistent delivery metrics.
