What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in business development and growth within the defense industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing capture strategies for US Navy contracts.
  • Deep understanding of undersea operations, including technical challenges and program management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field (mechanical, electrical, systems, physics, robotics, computer science).
  • Secret security clearance required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in defense acquisitions and zero-to-one defense program growth.
