  • Lead capture campaigns to secure contracts with key operational customers in high volumes.
  • Influence product roadmaps by collaborating with multiple program offices and international partners.
  • Support the growth team in identifying and pursuing future opportunities for Undersea Reconnaissance and Strike portfolio.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in business development and growth within commercial or DoD Capture and Sales.
  • Deep understanding of defense acquisitions, with experience in zero-to-one defense program growth.
  • Experience in developing and deploying underwater vehicles, torpedoes, and high-speed systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, physics, robotics, or computer science.
  • Secret security clearance required.
  • Expertise in Undersea Warfare, Distributed Maritime Operations, or complex engineering systems preferred.
