What you'll do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Ads Platform S&O roadmap.
  • Lead integration of Gen AI across ads workflows to drive scalability.
  • Identify gaps in sales and operations workflows; implement solutions.
  • Create and execute quarterly roadmaps with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Oversee Ad Operations, manage team leads, and improve service levels.
  • Work with internal teams to support scaled ways for campaign management.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in strategy & operations or related fields with preference for advertising/ad tech background.
  • Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects and delivering results on time.
  • Deep expertise in process design, optimization, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong interest and direct experience in leveraging AI to solve business problems.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous problems without a playbook and develop clear plans.
  • Experience managing direct reports and teams with a focus on building talent.
  • Exceptional analytical skills using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Salesforce, Snowflake.
