Mid Digital Transformation Specialist

What you'll do

• Automate the ingestion and analysis of classified and unclassified doctrine, policies, and strategic reports.
• Develop automated systems to tag qualitative insights and identify thematic similarities in data.
• Build automated tools for developing Department of Defense Architecture Frameworks.
• Automate the identification of organizational stakeholders and track engagement metrics for meetings.
• Create automated processes to identify relevant offices based on legislative roles and responsibilities.
• Automate the tracking of adjacent studies, including acquisition portfolios and technology modernization reviews.
• Develop macros and tools to automate technical editing for style, formatting, and terminology.
• Integrate all automation functionalities into a single interface capable of operating at the Top Secret level.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or GED.
• Top Secret clearance.
• Experience using AI/ML tools such as NLP or data integration platforms for automated analysis.
• Experience with agentic AI tools, prompt engineering, and modern developer tooling for custom solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation and change management processes.
• Experience with macro development in Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Experience working with federal departments and agencies such as the DoW (preferred).
• Experience with strategic-to-operational organizations, institutional change mechanisms, or managing classified events (preferred).
