What you'll do

  • Lead the SAP S/4 HANA deployment at FLEx, ensuring readiness and alignment with business processes.
  • Oversee MES capabilities deployment, including Electronic Batch Records and Weigh & Dispense systems across all modalities.
  • Establish and enforce standards for EBR lifecycle management to ensure compliance and scalability.
  • Drive integration of MES with SAP and other enterprise systems to create a compliant digital manufacturing ecosystem.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver successful MES and S/4 HANA transformation programs.

What we're looking for

  • Over 8 years of experience in MES deployment and sustainment.
  • Proven leadership in MES implementations or major workstreams.
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP transformations (SAP S/4 HANA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of pharma manufacturing principles and digital solutions.
  • Expertise in EBR authoring, optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional business process changes beyond system implementation.
