Senior Digital Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical product areas or customer journeys.
• Conduct discovery work including customer interviews, competitive research, and data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end API products, including contracts, schemas, documentation, and lifecycle governance.
• Integrate AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into digital products and platforms.
• Define and track KPIs such as adoption, latency, and reliability to evaluate feature success.
• Prioritize product demands and communicate the rationale clearly to stakeholders and executives.
• Partner with engineering teams to influence decisions on API design, scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor junior product managers and support organizational learning of best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and deliver executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.
• Experience managing high-scale API products, platforms, or enterprise integrations (preferred).
• Experience as an AI-native Product Manager incorporating GenAI and agentic capabilities into digital products (preferred).
• Ability to define and deliver agent-ready capabilities for AI agents to interact with enterprise data (preferred).
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or developing tools specifically designed for AI agents (preferred).
