What you'll do

Design, implement, and deploy high-quality software components that are secure, testable, and maintainable.
Manage a professional team including hiring, performance evaluations, compensation, and disciplinary actions.
Provide technical leadership by conducting rapid code reviews and mentoring team members on development best practices.
Improve development and testing processes to ensure operational excellence and software reliability.
Plan and manage team resources, budgets, and short-term project timelines to meet department goals.
Assess business risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and internal policies.
Train new team members on software architecture, customer requirements, and system operations.
Architect and drive the adoption of advanced technologies like distributed systems and cloud platforms.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree (preferred).
6-10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
Experience in full stack development using Java, Python, and Angular UI.
Expertise in cloud platforms including AWS, PCF, and Akamai.
Advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking.
Knowledge of automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in CI/CD.
AWS PWS certification (preferred).
