Senior Digital Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.
• Build and maintain automated test suites including API, integration, and end-to-end tests using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct cross-browser and responsive UI testing to ensure consistent user experiences across all platforms.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with clear quality gates for release management.
• Utilize agentic AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to accelerate test authoring and self-healing maintenance.
• Ensure all testing processes comply with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and Medicare standards.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of software testing experience.
• 3+ years of relevant automation testing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on development with JavaScript-based automation frameworks including Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, Jasmine, or Protractor.
• 4+ years of experience with API automation and REST API testing using Postman and RestAssured.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with BDD/Cucumber for QA delivery.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools to generate, refactor, and debug test code and streamline QA workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience).
