The Digital Refining On-Site Manager oversees all local information technology and operational technology operations for the El Paso Refinery. This role manages the daily operations of the team, providing mentorship and driving a culture of continuous improvement while overseeing recruitment and performance reviews. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related degree required.
Ten or more years of diversified IT experience required.
Three or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience required.
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure (preferred).
Experience with Portfolio and Product management, particularly in an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment (preferred).
Ability to manage daily IT and OT operations, including cybersecurity, compliance, and network segmentation.
Ability to lead low- to medium-complexity IT projects and manage vendor contracts.
Strong skills in strategic outlook, business acumen, and data-driven decision making.
