Development Lead

What you'll do

• Design and develop Capital Markets applications using J2EE, Python, and various RDBMS databases.
• Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver large-scale applications and review their code for standards.
• Model wireframes and develop user interfaces using ReactJS, AngularJS, and JQuery frameworks.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage application releases using the ServiceNow approval process.
• Develop unit test cases and JUNIT designs to ensure application functionality and document results.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and run-the-bank teams to plan production rollouts and monitoring controls.
• Provide L3 support to troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis for production applications.
• Review applications with risk and audit teams to identify, document, and remediate risk items.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must have 5 years of post-baccalaureate work experience.
• Must have 5 years of experience in design and development of low latency financial applications using Java J2EE, Spring, and test-driven development.
• Must have 5 years of experience in UI frameworks including ReactJS, Angular, Javascript, and NodeJS.
• Must have 5 years of experience in DevOps tools like Jenkins, Bladelogic, Helios, and Artifactory.
• Must have 5 years of experience in RDBMS technologies including Sybase, SQL Server, and Postgres.
• Must have 3 years of experience in Capital Markets Trade Life Cycle events.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Python, Django, SQL Alchemy, Pandas, and MongoDB.
• Must have an AWS Cloud Certification.
