An active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory, and the position demands strong cross-functional coordination skills and incident resolution capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Manages computer systems and ensures efficient operation of desktop devices.
  • Provides hands-on maintenance for client computing devices including laptops, PEDs, and peripherals.
  • Tracks equipment lifecycle from new installation to end-of-life disposition through DRMO.
  • Develops procedures for managing and testing desktop load set configurations.
  • Coordinates ADPE accountability and manages equipment upgrades and replacements.
  • Supports Coalition Partner Networks as needed, providing expertise on CPN and SCO.

What we're looking for

  • US citizenship required
  • Active/current TS/SCI clearance needed
  • At least 1 year of related IT experience
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and virtual environments
  • Ability to provide hands-on O&M support for various devices
  • Experience with Coalition Partner Networks (CPN) support preferred
  • Knowledge of DoD 8140 or 8570 certification requirements
