  • Collaborate with UX researchers to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Apply accessibility standards and design system guidelines to all product work.
  • Participate in design critiques, ideation sessions, and Design Thinking workshops.
  • Present design concepts and rationales to cross-functional stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, UI/UX fundamentals, and visual design skills.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma or Illustrator.
  • Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with a design system, including patterns and components (preferred).
  • Interest in AI tools, motion design, front-end development, or engagement metrics (preferred).
