What you'll do

Design and ship UI work for production applications from initial sketch to merged code.
Extend the component library and Storybook documentation to ensure reusable design patterns.
Build clickable prototypes in code quickly to gather user feedback and inform design decisions.
Utilize AI coding agents as a standard part of the development workflow and improve team processes.
Implement accessible UI components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Integrate backend data from API responses into frontend interfaces using Python, Go, or Node.js.
Write interface copy including empty states, error messages, and release notes in the brand's voice.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
A portfolio of design work demonstrating craft in typography, layout, color, motion, and interaction states.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component frameworks to build functional components from Figma designs.
Experience with design systems, including component variants, design tokens, and documentation tools like Storybook.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools for loop engineering and agent swarms.
Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Go, or Node.js to handle API data for front-end interfaces.
Accessibility fundamentals, Git version control, and Agile development practices (preferred).
Experience with cloud development, interface writing, and multi-voice brand communication (preferred).
