You will develop systems that support expeditionary operations, intuitive use by warfighters, and modular expansion of sensors while crafting a system-level architecture that balances robustness with cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities include defining product milestones, conducting technical design reviews, managing engineering risk, and supporting remote troubleshooting and in-field testing. This role requires hands-on experience in complex robotic systems build and prototyping, familiarity with mechatronic design, firmware and software development, sensor physics, tracking, calibration, and data-backed decision-making. You must be able to engage technically across mechanical, electrical, firmware, sensors, and robotics software leads and lead cross-functional teams through design trades while meeting program deadlines.

What we're looking for

Experience leading system design and development from concept to delivery.
Technical Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Hands-on build and prototyping of complex robotic systems.
Familiarity with mechatronic design, firmware/software, sensor physics, tracking/calibration.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through technical design trades.
Desire and ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
