What you'll do

Lead the functional design, system architecture, and batch recipe strategy for DeltaV projects.
Direct a team of engineers through the build, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and site acceptance testing (SAT) phases.
Author and review technical documentation including Functional Design Specifications, Control Narratives, and Cause & Effect matrices.
Oversee on-site commissioning activities, including loop checking, I/O verification, and controller checkout.
Manage the DeltaV go-live execution and provide hyper-care support during initial production batches.
Act as the primary technical authority and point of contact for client engineering, operations, and QA teams.
Enforce technical governance by reviewing all deliverables and maintaining configuration management and version control.
Identify technical risks and manage the mitigation of DeltaV-specific project risks.

What we're looking for

10+ years in industrial process automation with at least 5 years of hands-on DeltaV engineering experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering DeltaV Batch projects from design through commissioning.
Deep knowledge of ISA-88 (S88) batch standards, including procedural models, physical models, and recipe types.
Expertise in DeltaV equipment phase development, phase state models, and DeltaV Recipe Studio.
Experience with DeltaV system architecture, including controller sizing, network design, and redundancy configuration.
Proven experience leading FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities for DeltaV systems.
Prior team leadership experience including task delegation, technical review, and mentoring junior engineers.
Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, biotech, food & beverage) and GMP / 21 CFR Part 11 compliance (preferred).
