What you'll do

  • Develop and execute data-driven audience strategies for marketing campaigns using SQL, Python, Salesforce, and CDP tools.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and documented code for campaign execution.
  • Identify portfolio risks, performance gaps, and growth opportunities by monitoring market trends and business indicators.
  • Apply quantitative methodologies to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations for business growth and risk management.
  • Create data visualizations and storytelling materials to communicate analytical findings to mid-to-upper-level management.
  • Document all assumptions, testing results, and implementation requirements to ensure governance and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytics into executable strategies and monitor post-launch performance.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing process including audience selection, data validation, and ongoing campaign optimization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 4 years of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of data and analytics experience or an advanced degree with 2 years of banking industry experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience applying statistical, predictive, profitability, and portfolio analytics to influence business strategy.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or other tools to query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.
  • Experience building and managing audience segments within Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Salesforce, or Adobe.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and documenting business and technical requirements for marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring data quality, compliance, and operational accuracy.
