What you'll do

  • Install, configure, and manage Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services.
  • Design and maintain database schemas, data models, and architecture.
  • Implement and troubleshoot triggers, views, stored procedures, and data integrity constraints.
  • Monitor and optimize production SQL Server database performance.
  • Facilitate, implement, monitor, and test database backups and recovery methodologies.
  • Manage file system space, database allocation, and capacity planning for scalability.
  • Participate in monthly patching of systems outside of core business hours.
  • Ensure database security, reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must have 8+ years of related experience.
  • Must have technical training, certification(s), or a degree.
  • Must have experience installing, configuring, and managing Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services.
  • Must have strong SQL and Transact-SQL (T-SQL) experience.
  • Must have experience with Hyper-V virtual environments and SQL clustered environments.
  • Must have experience with SQL Server replication topologies.
