What you'll do

Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and modify database structures, reports, views, and packages.
Develop RESTful services and APIs to facilitate data exchange across different systems.
Create and modify ETL scripts to load data into the database.
Analyze information to plan and design enhancements for existing database applications.
Write scripts to support DDL and DML operations and perform SQL query optimization.
Develop and maintain custom reports and queries using PL/SQL.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
4+ years of experience developing database source code for software applications through the full software development lifecycle.
4+ years of experience with professional software development using Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.
4+ years of experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and webservices with attention to secure and efficient data exchange.
4+ years of experience working with Agile software development methodologies and stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
Experience with developing and maintaining custom reports and queries using PL or SQL.
Experience in data analysis, data migrations, and data modeling.
Bachelor’s degree.
