The Database Analyst joins the Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector team at Ellsworth AFB to perform essential data entry and database management operations for specific programs and products. Perform data entry and database management operations in support of specific programs or products.

Conduct regular data validation and monitor/audit database operations.
Maintain database specifications by initiating or responding to change requests.
Update and maintain database records and tables as required.
Verify database security and integrity controls using STIG and other security protocols.
Develop scripts using SQL or other query languages for database management.
Generate visual reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
What we're looking for
Must have a High School diploma/GED and 6 years of experience, an Associate’s Degree and 4 years of experience, a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree.
Ability to obtain, transfer, and maintain a U.S. government Secret clearance and required program access.
Current CompTIA Security Plus (or higher) certification.
Experience developing and scripting using SQL or other query languages.
Experience generating visual reports in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with backups of large databases and transaction logs.
Experience with STIG and database security controls.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience designing and maintaining databases (preferred).
Experience with remote cloud architecture (preferred).
Experience working in an Air Force flightline environment or with flight communications systems (preferred).
Active U.S. Government Secret or Top Secret clearance (preferred).
