Data Visualization Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Develop end-to-end intelligent solutions by creating dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, ThoughtSpot, and SQL.
• Build and enhance Alteryx workflows to collect and summarize data from disparate sources.
• Create interactive data visualizations in Tableau and ThoughtSpot to provide decision support for stakeholders.
• Perform thorough validation of all components to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
• Test server upgrades, data source changes, and other technical infrastructure components.
• Utilize AI and GenAI tools like Copilot and LLM Suite to automate tasks and accelerate analytics development.
• Provide mentorship to team members on data visualization and analysis best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or another quantitative subject.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with data analytics projects, preferably related to the financial services domain (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing advanced data visualization and presentations, preferably with Tableau (preferred).
• Experience with business intelligence analytic and data wrangling tools such as Alteryx or Tableau Prep.
• Experience with relational databases, including optimizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets for report creation and ad-hoc analyses.
• Ability to interpret the underlying business context of raw data to identify opportunities.
• Experience with Spark SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, or other big-data query tools (preferred).
• Experience with other data wrangling tools such as SAS or Python (preferred).
