Senior Associate AI Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions including chat assistants and workflow automations powered by LLMs.
• Develop data pipelines and interactive dashboards using tools like Snowflake, Python, and Tableau.
• Refine prompts to improve AI model performance and align them with specific business goals.
• Prototype and iterate on new generative AI capabilities and features to enhance user experience.
• Monitor AI model performance and implement updates to ensure quality, reliability, and relevance.
• Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of intelligent solutions to ensure data integrity.
• Execute custom client analytics requests and support customer insight applications on an ad hoc basis.

What we're looking for

• Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Expertise in quantitative research techniques and analytics using Python.
• Knowledge of machine learning/data science theory, techniques, and tools.
• Experience in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and agent AI techniques.
• Familiarity with AWS and Snowflake for data management and analysis (preferred).
• Familiarity with evaluation/monitoring concepts for GenAI solutions (preferred).
