What you'll do

Develop analytical processes, tools, and applications to solve complex problems at scale.
Design rich graphic visualizations and modular dashboards including metrics, filters, and charts.
Perform data wrangling tasks including data discovery, cleaning, structuring, and validation.
Gather and analyze data to provide deep visibility and insights for clients.
Utilize SQL, Excel VBA, or Power Query to manage and manipulate data sets.
Create reporting objects such as facts, attributes, hierarchies, and calculated fields in visualization tools.
Integrate data from warehouses and Big Data platforms into visualization dashboards.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience with Excel VBA, Power Query, or SQL.
2+ years of experience with multiple data visualization tools, including Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience designing rich graphic visualizations, modular dashboards, and user interfaces including metrics, filters, charts, graphs, and tables.
Knowledge of reporting objects such as facts, attributes, hierarchies, filters, calculated fields, sets, groups, or parameters.
Knowledge of data wrangling, including data discovery, cleaning, structuring, and validating.
Experience with Navy data systems, integrating Data Warehouse data, or integrating Big Data platforms (preferred).
Bachelor's degree.
