Preferred technical knowledge includes experience with networking, databases, industrial systems, and SCADA systems to optimize automotive production operations and manufacturing throughput.
Develop AI-powered tools and solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.
Support root cause analysis by leveraging data analytics and AI to identify and resolve process issues.
Analyze downtime events and manufacturing performance data to uncover improvement opportunities.
Assist with enhancements to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and related reporting tools.
Implement data-driven continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with engineering and production teams.
Apply AI and data science techniques to solve real-world manufacturing challenges.
What we're looking for
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Must be entering a Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must have strong computer and technical skills with an interest in AI, analytics, and manufacturing technologies.
Must have experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, C++, or similar technologies.
Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with networking, databases, or industrial systems is a plus (preferred).
Familiarity with SCADA systems is preferred (preferred).
