What you'll do

Develop and lead the creation of algorithms and systems to solve complex data problems.
Build advanced analytics and AI/ML models using tools like LLMs and agentic AI.
Perform data retrieval, cleaning, modeling, and accuracy testing for large datasets.
Translate disparate data points into objective insights to inform client decision-making.
Create visual and written narratives to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical leadership.
Identify system risks and articulate "go or no-go" criteria for stakeholders.
Manage data engineering tasks within classified networks to support government clients.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience correlating complex technical findings into graphical, written, visual, and verbal narrative products.
5+ years of experience building advanced analytics and AI/ML models, including tools leveraging LLMs or agentic AI.
Experience working on classified networks in support of DoW or IC clients.
Ability to visualize complex data for non-technical leadership while highlighting system risks and "go or no-go" criteria.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with scientific techniques such as mathematics, statistics, AI, machine learning, or data engineering.
12+ years of experience with scientific techniques in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Experience with R, Python, SQL, NoSQL, distributed computing tools (Hadoop, Spark, etc.), and visualization packages (preferred).
