What you'll do

Build and scale data pipelines to ingest information from first-party, second-party, and third-party sources into a unified data lake.
Design and maintain reliable, fault-tolerant data infrastructure to support cross-organizational business needs.
Implement data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring alerts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Automate manual processes and optimize pipeline latency to improve cost efficiency for storage and compute.
Track and report on pipeline health and adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Develop curated datasets and standardized metrics for use by business operations, data science, and engineering teams.
Apply security best practices and compliance requirements to all managed data systems.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 3 years of data engineering experience.
Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines is required.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
Experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM (preferred).
Experience with non-relational databases including object storage, document, key-value, graph, or column-family stores (preferred).
Experience in data warehouse architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, reporting tools, and hands-on SQL coding (preferred).
