What you'll do

Install and configure enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure in data centers.
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to Telco equipment.

Document activities and build or modify standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Execute small projects independently and assist with larger local project planning.
Install, fix, and repair system power supplies and cabling in data centers.

What we're looking for

3+ years of IT environment experience
Experience in troubleshooting servers, networking devices, and IT equipment
Knowledge of IT hardware concepts (RAID, SAN, SCSI, Linux/Unix, GRUB)
Ability to work on shift schedules including weekends and holidays
Hardware installation, configuration, and cabling infrastructure skills
Documentation and modification of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
