What you'll do

What we're looking for

3+ years of IT experience in data center operations or equivalent education
Experience troubleshooting servers, networking devices, and IT equipment
Knowledge of IT hardware concepts such as RAID, SAN, SCSI, Linux/Unix, GRUB
Ability to work on a shift schedule including weekends and holidays
Strong interest in learning new data center concepts and technologies
Experience with structured cabling, fiber/copper testing, cooling, and electrical systems
