What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in client-facing customer support or data center operations
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure and server troubleshooting
Experience leading complex change activities and site augmentations
Strong knowledge of safety, security, and compliance regulations
Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members
Cloud environment (hyperscale) experience preferred
Relevant Data Center or Cloud Industry certifications required
