What you'll do

What we're looking for

Minimum four years of experience in building maintenance.
Universal CFC certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Knowledge and safe use of tools for HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks.
Ability to perform predictive, preventative, and routine maintenance.
Experience with emergency response procedures and on-call rotations.
Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
