What you'll do

Lead a 24x7 team of operating engineers in maintaining facility infrastructure.
Ensure rigorous adherence to Critical Environment Management program and compliance documentation.
Coordinate and approve construction and maintenance work orders for third-party vendors.
Develop staff through training, mentoring, and assigning responsibilities suited to their capabilities.
Support creation of annual OPEX budgets and contribute to CAPEX planning.

What we're looking for

15+ years of experience in critical Data Center operations
3+ years in a senior supervisory role within a critical Data Center
Proficient in electrical and mechanical systems fundamentals
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities
Ability to read blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical manuals
Experience managing compliance documentation and KPIs
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical field preferred
