Experience with Ignition control systems and leading integrations is highly valued.

What you'll do

Lead the resolution of UI, stability, and interoperability issues affecting data center operations.
Manage operational cleanup at live sites to reduce nuisance alarms and restore a usable monitoring baseline.
Establish and maintain consistent Controls version and configuration baselines across all sites.
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for operators using the Controls system.
Support planning and rollout of integrations between Controls and key infrastructure tools.
Define and track operational metrics to drive continuous improvement in incident response times and alarm quality.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in data center operations, controls, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of controls systems, monitoring platforms, and SCADA-like tools including alarms and setpoints.
Proven success partnering with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to stabilize and improve technical platforms.
Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues into operational actions.
Experience managing data center operations or critical facilities and leading integrations between monitoring platforms and infrastructure tools.
