As a Facilities Operations Technician II – General in the Technology Operations team, you will support mission-critical facility systems within hyperscale data centers, ensuring reliability and safety. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating, inspecting, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, cooling, and control systems, as well as assisting with troubleshooting and incident response. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve maintainability and documentation quality while learning critical infrastructure operations. Ideal candidates have experience in HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance environments and possess basic troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures. Familiarity with CMMS systems, technical drawings, and safety practices such as OSHA 10/30 and EPA Section 608 certifications is preferred, along with exposure to Schneider Electric, Siemens, or similar manufacturer training.
